  • International: DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other trusted carriers

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and carrier)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing or courier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the shipping method selected. You’ll see the total shipping cost before finalizing your order.

 

✈️ International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally to most countries. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

📬 Undeliverable Packages & Returns

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or other delivery issues:

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges to have the order re-sent.

If a package is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund once the carrier confirms the loss.
