🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Wildhank purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

📅 Return Window

You have 2 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

To initiate a return, you can:

  • 💬 Message us via live chat (available daily 8 AM – 8 PM AEST)
  • 🌐 Submit a return request directly on our website

🌐 How to Submit a Return on Our Website

  1. Click the profile icon in the store menu (or go to the Returns page).
  2. Sign in with your email address:
    • Enter your email in the field and click Continue.
    • Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code from us.
    • Enter the code on the website to log in.
  3. Select the order you want to return and click Request return.
  4. If your order has multiple items, choose the items you wish to return.
  5. Select a return reason and add an optional note.
  6. Click Request return.

📩 If your return is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
💳 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund.

 

📝 Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and include original tags and packaging.
  • Sale items are non-refundable, unless defective.
  • Returns are subject to inspection once received.

 

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or we made an error, we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
  • If you changed your mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

 

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 2 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or you may choose store credit for a future purchase.

 

✨ Additional Notes

  • Our Wayuu bags are handmade and unique. Slight variations in color, size, or details are normal — and part of their charm.
  • If you provide an incorrect address or refuse delivery, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
