We want you to love your Wildhank purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
📅 Return Window
You have 2 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
To initiate a return, you can:

- 💬 Message us via live chat (available daily 8 AM – 8 PM AEST)
- 🌐 Submit a return request directly on our website
🌐 How to Submit a Return on Our Website
- Click the profile icon in the store menu (or go to the Returns page).
- Sign in with your email address:
- Enter your email in the field and click Continue.
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code from us.
- Enter the code on the website to log in.
- Select the order you want to return and click Request return.
- If your order has multiple items, choose the items you wish to return.
- Select a return reason and add an optional note.
- Click Request return.
📩 If your return is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
💳 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund.
📝 Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and include original tags and packaging.
- Sale items are non-refundable, unless defective.
- Returns are subject to inspection once received.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective or we made an error, we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
- If you changed your mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 2 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or you may choose store credit for a future purchase.
✨ Additional Notes
- Our Wayuu bags are handmade and unique. Slight variations in color, size, or details are normal — and part of their charm.
- If you provide an incorrect address or refuse delivery, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
